Shipping & Delivery Policy

Free Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $150

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days due to high order volume. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and ship your order from our facility.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on the shipping service selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.

Important Notice

Please note that all delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers are responsible for the delivery of packages once they leave our facility, and delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays after the package has been shipped

SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS (Thobe & tatrez ) CAN BE SHIPPED FROM USA OR OVERSEAS . If it have a note to allow 7-15 days to process and ship be considerate with the note 

Please note that your order may be shipped from our U.S. location or from one of our overseas warehouses. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country’s customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not cover or reimburse any duties or fees associated with your shipment. If applicable, your local customs office will contact you for payment before or afterreleasing your package.

Express Shipping

We offer one day express shipping for U.S. domestic orders via UPS Next Day Air. Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST to leave our facility on the same business day, and will arrive by the next business day. Business days are Mon-Fri, not including weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 11 AM EST will leave our facility on the next business day, and will arrive to the customer on the following business day.

For example:

An order placed on a Thursday at 9 AM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (same day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

An order placed on a Thursday at 5 PM EST will leave our facility on Friday (next day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

An order placed on a Wednesday at 9 PM EST will leave our facility on Thursday (next day) and arrive by Friday (next business day).

An order placed on a Friday at 9 AM EST will leave our facility on Friday (same business day) and arrive by Monday (next business day).

An order placed on a Friday at 9 PM EST will leave our facility on Monday (next business day) and arrive by Tuesday (next business day).

Canada Shipping Options

We now offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $500 USD! Use code (Canadafree)  Standard shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and value. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to process and leave our facility. Express shipping options are also available. 

UK & EU

We are currently offering free shipping on orders of 5 items with $500 or more to all orders in  UK & EU.

 

**If you accidentally provided the wrong address or missed the apartment number, causing the package to be returned, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost again for the reshipment.
